I am a psychologist and psychotherapist. After my degree in Bologna I specialised in cognitive behavioural therapy, and I have been working in private practice for more than ten years.
I believe the first session is mostly there for one thing: to work out together whether I can be of help. If I am not the right person, I say so and help you find someone who is.
